I have this same aircraft kit so I'll be watching this closely.
I wish I knew how you make it work! I have had zero good results with this stuff. If you need a bottle let me know.

Now, the old Testors spray decal stuff was great.

I struggled with that myself. Success was a thick bristled brush and a single pass across the sheet.

I don't have any of that Microscale Liquid Decal Film.

I noticed the upper turret. It does look like it's gonna fight with me when I get to it.

The MG barrels in the turret and in the nose are a recipe to snap off if I'm not careful.

Lyle also sent me this mask set as well. They are a God send!
If I didn't have this, I'd go insane trying to mask all those clear parts. I'll probably would have masked everything wrong.

I am very impressed with this brand. Almost like using electrical tape but thicker but it does holds in its place. Definitely great on curved areas.
Thank you again for sending me this mask set.

Fuselage buttoned up, main canopy and top gun torrent installed...

Tail rudder and braces installed. I learned quickly the brace assignments were assbackwards as shown on the instruction guide. A quick dry fitting determined it. :bored:

Main wing halves are glued and clamped to hold in place now....
