I did the 1/72 Airfix Defiant a couple years back, and I've wanted to do another one. Does Airfix do a 1/48 Defiant?

Yes, Airfix came out with this kit a few years back. It’s all new tooling and quite nice.

Only because I want one (built as a young teen...shot up with bb gun)...the
1/32 Monogram Phantom Huey with sound!
and/or the
Renwal Visible Wasp radial engine.

To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
Re: Holy Grail -- Part Deux?
Kits that I would like to see:
Newer kits to replace other ones
1/72 Cheyenne, coolest helicopter ever. The Aurora/Atlantis kit is outdated.
1/72 G-6 wheeled artillery, I found that there is a white metal kit but that look very rough.
Kits that don’t exist
1/72 Me-163A (no the Condor kit doesn’t count, that doesn’t remotely look like a 163)
1/72 HAL Tejas, come on India, do yourself a favour and make a kit if it!
Kits that do exist and I really want:
1/72 Sword P-66, passed on it once. Never saw one again…
1/72 either Heritage Avation of Vami Grob Twin Astir/Viking. Both are out of business so that is going to be tough
1/72 Pavla Culver, one again, out of business

Re: Holy Grail -- Part Deux?
I'm thinking that I must be quite strange, well alright I know I AM but still, I don't think I have a 'grail kit' as such - certainly nothing that springs to mind, I'm too busy trying to build what I've already got.
If I had to choose anything, I guess I'd like to see more non-military subjects - a decent range of GA aircraft (Cessna's, Pipers etc.) and what about some decent farm or construction machinery in 1/35th or 1/24th? I've never understood why the latter wasn't more popular - some of the modern Tractors are HUGE and a JCB excavator would be a great subject - certainly plenty of weathering opportunity.
