New Tool 1/48 Corsairs

Post by keavdog »

Long review but these Model Factory kits look pretty amazing - yes kits, you get an F4U-1A and an F4U-2 night fighter - complete kits.
Interesting trend to include multiple kits in a single box. The Eduard zeros and rufes come to mind.
It's also exciting that this is Model Factory's first 1/48 so another manufacturer dives into my favorite scale - like Minicraft and their p-47

Looks like a nice kit. Thanks for sharing!

What? No markings for Black Sheep Squadron own Pappy Boyington?!?

Look like a great kit to buy.

Looks interesting. At around $100 for two kits, not a bad price, but I would not need two of them. Well, I might ......

I saw the test builds at Nationals and the detail on them is insane! I wants them.

They look really good! I do love the options presented on these kits.

I didn't read it thoroughly and got freaked out by the $96 price tag but two kits, that foes make sense, but really,I would rather be able to purchase just one or the other

I've thought about doing a buddy-buy for these dual kits just for that reason. I don't want two of them.
Thanks,
John
