Looks like you did achieve a nice coat with that paint and I hear you on getting used to an airbrush which is probably the reason I haven't changed airbrushes in 10 years. You'll get it though by staying diligent in practice. I've gotten to where I use the reflection of light when applying paint so that it goes on super thin. I thin my paints out to the lean side on acrylic pigments and use the light reflection to tell when it's going on. In the reflection I can see that as soon as my paint hits the bird its already drying. Super thin coats built up over several passes is the key but like I said.....you'll get it down in due time. Good progress on this build bro. :shoutout:
