No, I do not think that I have a High Planes kit in my stash. Their models do indeed lookbeautful, but the kits (outside of AM resin and decals) are all 1/72. Not my scale to work in.

RoG's 1/48th release of the Mirage 2000 is a reboxing of the venerable Monogram kit.
In case you may be looking for a decent quarterscale 2000, watch out for the Heller kit.
In terms of manufacturing standards and quality, Kinetic may be top notch, however, the kit has some serious shape issues around the cockpit. An easy fix would be replacing the canopy with the respective part from Heller or Italeri/ESCI.
