Alrighty, there seems to be a run on Mirage products right now, adding a Kfir that I completed this past winter. I see a few spots that I'd like to hit again with a wash, intake cones & landing gear. Italeri kit, built oob except for a few bits added to the ejection seat. Mix of Humbrol & ModelMaster enamels, and Tamiya acrylics for the paint. Good building kit with a few issues, but certainly worth the $6 I scored it for. (Those are even the kit decals!) I like the results of the topside camo, great testbed for my upcoming Nesher.
Focus man, FOCUS!!!
They even have the wingtip droop shown correctly.

I'm assuming it's the Italeri kit, right?
Nice Kfir, and thanks for joining our little Mirage potpourri.
IDF colours are always a great sight.

Well done, sir. Thomas won't care, so take a couple dollars out of petty cash and buy something nice! Keep the receipt....
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Re: 1/72 IAI Kfir C2
Thanks all!
Kurfuerst, I have a few more Mirages in the stash, hoping to get to another one this summer. I seem to have a soft spot for anything with Dassault genetics.
lol, Lyle, yes, I'll make sure to send the Sprue Brothers invoice directly to the SPAM accounts payable dept.

Some more Mirages? That's positively good news, Vance.
So I'm already looking forward to seeing your results of "genetic engineering" here at the gallery.
