1:48 P-47 Thunderbold

Post by Cherrylock »

The P-47 is a must have for all fighter building modelers, most will be build in alu or olive and more or less only build in USAAF markings, here are some different.
Some words to the kits, Tamiya is the best you can get, the Academy is a good kit, you get what is needed - not excellent details but not so expencive , the revell "N" has a good pilot and is not as good as the academy, but ok. The Arii/Otaki kit is a classic, extreme old with poor details.
:blah: time for the pics

Somehow, I missed this thread. Lots of great Thunderbolts. Nice!!

Me too missed, but great powerful Jugs indeed!

So many great ones, difficult to choose a favorite! Though "Eileen" could be the one!

Magnificent collection!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
