1:48 Gotha IV ; WIP

Post by Cherrylock »

The interrest in biplane and the technic to build was big on the last models I posted. Today I find this kit on a model show near Spayer, so this must be a sign to build this on the group build and shift the Invader to a later point (the year is long :clockwatch: )

here is the kit:
AZ Models as a reboy of Hippo Models, it is big (about 0.5m wingspan), wood propeller, lot of rigging, engines between the wings, and if the comments in the www are right, the fit is extrem bad

it is the sum of all fears and a good base for a WIP :headslap:

:that: We all have faith in you tackling this bird. You're a master of all things with wings of WW1.

Good luck with that! Although I must say it looks quite tidy on the sprues so that gives some confidence.
