I used one of these for my Stuka landing light that I fabricated. Thank all three of you! (Insert head slapping emoji here.) Those sprue nibs are a great idea. Believe it or not (oh definitely believe it) I was going to order a set of 1964 1:24 Revell chrome slot car mirrors off eBay which would have been a ridiculously expensive solution for two half spheres.
