Re: Pacific Coast Models 1/32 Fw 190A-1. Black 13. Belgium,
I really like how that cp came out, Bruce. Quite an office to go to battle with.
Cheers,

Re: Pacific Coast Models 1/32 Fw 190A-1. Black 13. Belgium,
Torben— Thank you so much. There is still some tasty Eduard PE circa 2004-7 I need to Gorilla Grip in place (the pilot needs a compass) as well as the main instrument panel. I sincerely appreciate your comment because I was unsure if this was working or not. I am trying to understand this with respect for a European aesthetic as a modeler. When I look at your work I feel the difference in the approach. The Menonite families where I grew up spoke Plautdietsch, and kept their European heritage in their crafts. Some beautiful intricate toys and furniture came from them. I thought of their approach when I was working out how to best paint RLM66. I have seen this color in a wide range and mostly as it was recreated for the few surviving Antons. The WWII interior palette used by Luftwaffe as being blue-grey variations—the way the United States used yellow-green. I do hope the rumor of a buried batch of Antons in Turkey turns out to be true.mostrich wrote:I really like how that cp came out, Bruce. Quite an office to go to battle with.

Oh it’s coming! Now that I know how easy they are to assemble! My Firefly will be outfitted with metal tracks, if I can find them.

Torben! “Zwischenmahlzeit?” I feel I am back on the street near my home again and there is an answer I must give which will be the correct one... and alas, I am not sure what to say. I hesitate and stand moving from foot to foot.... so perhaps a change of subject—
A glimpse of Margot Robbie is enough to make thoughts impure! So. Also-also-also: you are outstanding and I am grateful for your ideas and advice. I must ask quietly it is exhaust burning from the Anton’s pipes that cooks the paint off, correct? I watched the start up of an Anton and it was a fire exhaler! A real dragon!
Kari! I salute you. Sincerely. I am trying for what you do when you add the glazes to your interiors. I have missed you around here. Although I know you are here it is good to “hear” your words. You are outstanding.
Shhh. Late night testing Henri’s resin Fw 190 A-8 spinner (I know I know this is an A-1) annnndd, wow;

Now that's a nice piece right there.
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

It's all good. There is a lot of beauty in the world at the moment. And it's spring. Spring has sprung. So, ya know there's that, too. A good VDM propeller in 1/32 is the icing... or maybe the cake and the icing. It's after midnight and I am calling it a night. Catch ya on the flip side, Clint.Floki wrote:Now that's a nice piece right there.
