hase wants you to trim out 30 of these itty bitty rods to glue on the burner petals...um. no thanks
stretched sprue to the rescue
burner cans assembled
a bit of filling and sanding to blend everything together, and she's starting to look like a proper mudhen!
quick glance at all the stuff going to be hanging on her

since the f-15 is ground attack oriented, I figire the F-16 should be ready for air combat. Here is a quick mock up of the weapon pylons. I did a quick mod to make the inner pylons similar to the f-15 in that there are two missiles above the fuel tank...and yes that is a TER with launch rails!

F-16 first, because it had the lighter color
then masked that off and sprayed teh gunship grey
ta-daaa
Eagle got the gunship color too!
gonna let these set before I do anymore masking

nah, I just like to have a group of planes to paint when I airbrush. Makes it worth all the setting up and cleaning

shoot, Ive been building so many 1/72 subjects that if you give me a jet in 1/48 I might not know what to do with myself!!
