I might be wrong, but could it be that you accidentally inverted the camo colours on your Gripen?

Pre-shading looks good sir! And that top-bottom thing... well, it's good practice!! I recently couldn't tell left from right on some landing gear. It happens!

It happens. No biggie. Just repaint. I need to get a Grippen. One of the only modern era fighters that I don't have.
