As I’ve said before, I do most of my modelling in my car during my breaks at work. The only real annoyance of this arrangement is that if during the week I ever get a chance to do any modelling at home – all my stuff is in my car.

So I recently purchased a second set of basic tools and new cutting mat and set up another home based work tray. The tray itself is an MDF monitor stand that I ‘found’ during an office clear out at work. I have two of them, the other I’m using for messy stuff such as weathering etc. I have since drilled lots of holes around the sides of this to put brushes and things on sticks etc.

I’m also trying to use as many water based products as possible in the house as I’ve been getting complaints about the smell of my enamels and filler.

A bit too much weathering on the nanners.....

Neato! A mobile hobby workstation! You know, maybe you should upgrade from a car to an RV or van. That way you can always install an airbrush spray booth. LOL!

I’ve a few build on the go at the moments – none of which I’ve added to the work in progress forum as I thought they were too far on to bother.

You know - that has crossed my mind - an RV would be awesome!

Now how do you do 32 scale in that?
