First layer of paint, not sure if it is enough. I think I wil have to see it in daylight for final judgment.

I couldn't comment on if it needed anymore layers but it looks great.

I assume you're going to wash and weather it afterwards?

Yes, it is going to get some more washes and weathering.

I sprayed with a Tamiya Earth (forgot the number) which is grey/brown. It is my experience that these types of structures often turn grey in a tropical climate because of the weathering. They are all nice and brown in the beginning but thet often lose that colour quickly.

Still not sure if it needs a second coat. The final flat coat will also lighten the whole thing.

Wow, that old kit of the outpost sure looks the part! Nice colors and weathering on that MOFO...
