Yeah, mine has the same issue. I filled every possible space in the nose with lead #8 shot, and she sits properly on a stable level surface, yet any bumps puts her nose high.

Part of the balance issue is the kit. With the nose compartment having a complete gun bay with guns and ammo bins, there is not much room in there for weights. You have to get creative on this baby. In the nose wheel, in the spinner, and other areas you would not normally think of to place weights. If you omit the nose guns and keep the bay closed, you can pack it full!

Hey, I have three briskets in the freezer right now. I'm gonna break one out in a couple weeks for the lovely Mrs. Texgunner's birthday. Both our children and both grandsons should be here. That crowd can put away the beef too. Hey, I'll try to take some pics and wave them around in here!
