Yes, paint gives a much better look for walkways or anti glare panels compared to decals! This is getting near the finish line now...

Also walkways and tail dielectic painted instead of decals

before, i passed a tiny glossy clear layer to protect paint

And glued windscreen

Not so ready to finish.. gears and gear doors are on sprues again
