Well, nothing like a hobby that requires you to dress out as if you are removing asbestos! I knew about the CA and the respirator. But, thanks for the reminders. Never hurts.

If you've never used resin before, I recommend getting some razor saw blades. It's the best way to separate the resin piece from its casting block.

I wanna toss Zona in the ring. I prefer Zona. The 52 tpi blade in this set is the one I use.

Yes... the RB saw is not the only one out there. It's just the one that I happen to use (and like). I'm sure the Zona saw would do the job just as well. Just make sure the blade is thin. Just thick enough to maintain rigidity during the cuts.

I think the plan may be to cur/sand the resin parts in the paint hood area so that dust is sucked towards the filter. As for breathing protection, full respirator or will dust masks be okay?
