Stuart wrote: Tue Jun 11, 2024 2:52 pm Amazing work Carlos - It's always good to see a Landy!

I like the Javelins I used to make those when I worked for Lockheed.
Thank you sir!

Land Rovers rock Stuart! Such a classic piece of equipment, old or new style.

You worked at Lockheed? Very cool! I do t think that I remember you mentioning that before.
Yeah it was a while back - I spent a year as the lead Quality Engineer building Javelin AT and Starstreak MANPAD launchers, and then a few years working in Special Projects doing secret stuff for the DOD and MDA (and saying that was the most interesting thing about it).

Nice work Carlos! I would need an IV of Red Bull to get any model finished in 12 hours!

That is a marvelous model for a 12-hour build, Carlos! And a well-deserving winner, I might add! :shoutout:

Chris & Gary, thank you. You guys might surprise yourselves trying a 12 Hour challenge sometime. Kit selection is critical, as is planning for each 4 hour session. Have everything you need picked out and ready to go ahead of time. Planning preparation.
