This has to be one of the worst fitting fuselages I've dealt with. Sheesh. I've spent three days off and on sanding on edges to try and get it to join and finally hav up. Thin plastic, very flexible, hard to line up. The bottome seam wants to cave. Wow. Hammer is charging. . . except this damn thing cost too much to trash.

Time to set it aside and have a good think. A solution will come to you when you are not stressed about it.

The plan is to tape off the seam, apply the Bondo Glazing and be done. That will likely be on Sat. Other duteis are calling.

Hey, Declan! Thanks for stopping by. It is going slow. Got the engines/nacelles done, but not painted Ol' Arther, you know the Ritis boy, has been bothering me a lot lately. But, I am making some progress. The fuselaage is as together at this point as it will be, I think. I just haven't taken any pics. Maybe today?

This step is on the action list for this morning...if my old hands hold up. They have been quite sore lately, as has been everything that is supposed to move. Do they still make DMSO, I think it was? Wasn't that the WD-40 for your body?

The fuel tanks and nacelles are on both sides.

That sucks Lyle - sorry to hear that. I'm not looking forward to having arthritis but I do know it runs in my family so I'm bound to get it. I'm already prone to RSI and sore & stiff joints.

Thanks, Stuart. I can't take any NSAIDS such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, etc due to having some ulcers several years ago. The diclofenac (Voltaren) was wonderful, though. I take Arthritis Strength Tylenol which is 650mg in each tab. Take up to six a day. That helps a lot. I was try ing to cut back a few days ago and that was a mistake. So, back on the 4-6 a day.

I hear ya, Lyle. Arthritis is a bitch to deal with. Do what you can.
