Well done, John. I always thought that white scheme was rather odd. I'm sure there was a reason.

There was a reason. It was for ID purposes to quickly differentiate them from the Me-262s that they were deployed to engage. At least that is how the scheme is explained on the Tamiya Meteor F.3 instruction sheet.

Its definitely different. Looks neat in the display case with all the camouflage schemes around it
