If it were me, I’d probably go with all white interior and top.

Here’s a good example…

Now you're taking me back to high school when many of the neighbors on my street had these cars... not me, but I did some wrench turning on theirs when requested... :hmm:

Only one high school classmate in my graduating class drove his classic car to school.... a 1969 Pontiac GTO; in dark blue. He lived down the street from me. He was an @$$hole back then.

It was/is a gorgeous car then. Unknown own if he still has it.

Had a co-worker at JCP where I worked part time in high school. He drove a gold 1970 or 1971 Camaro. God, I used to break his chops in selling it to me then. :giggles:

Thanks everyone! First full model build in a while, so it's encouraging to hear all that.

DO IT

Wiring distributors has become one of my fave parts of model car building. The tiny detail it adds vs the kit stock engine.

I worked on the interior, I used felt to do a carpet floor. Chrome has been started on the body, I will take some pictures when I get home.

There is a guy down the street from one of my regular work locations who often has his red 66 mustang on the driveway.

Still the best looking Mustang!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
