Thanks Gary. This should be a fairly straightforward project  (famous last words) :giggles:

Another outstanding vehicle seems to be on it's way via your bench-top Carlos :shoutout:
Big Joe: 'You just keep those Tigers busy and we'll take care of the rest.'
Oddball: 'The only way I got to keep them Tigers busy is to let them shoot holes in me...'

I know exactly what you mean. Last week, I took up where I had left off, back in late January, with a Hobbycraft La-7 and it's just crazy that I've had so many setbacks since then with that plane. A bleeding Hobbycraft model! :headbang:

Sounds familiar Gary… I’ve got a Hobbycraft P-35 and Vampire F.1 stalled for many years, for no good real reasons on either one at this point.

Building this kit, with a bit of research tacked on, I’m really learning to appreciate the HVSS suspension. It truly corrected the shortcomings of the original VVSS suspension. An interesting related side note is that during the October 1973 Arab-Israeli war, in the Golan Heights only Shermans were used besides Centurions due to their suspension being more rugged than the torsion bar suspension equipped M48s and M60s over the rocky rugged terrain of that area.

This is really looking good and very much a realistic look so far. I do enjoy watching your work.
Interesting tidbit about the Shermans and Centurions. A good tool will last a long time.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
