Thanks Handi. Well.........................the bench aint clean anymore. I'm taking a Monogram 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A that I built when I was 14 years old (that's been 32 years ago BTW) and repairing and lightly upgrading for my brother. I originally built it for him back then, and re-furbished it for him around 5 years ago and gave it to him as a Christmas present. Well long story short , his son knocked it off of the shelf in his closet where it hit the floor and was badly damaged. I found out when we all showed up at his house for Christmas a couple of years back and saw the car sitting there on his bed headboard out of the display case with about two years worth of dust all over it and the suspension in pieces laying next to it. No hood, no spoiler and a missing wheel/ tire. Jesus wept. I took it back and have repaired it to almost where it was at BEFORE I gave it to him. I ended up purchasing another kit to replace the parts that were still missing like the hood air intake, rear spoiler , brake master cylinder, outside rearview mirrors and a "Six Pack" decal for the air cleaner. I'm not going to do anything to the outside because its a repair more or less and not a revamp.

Handi: Thanks dude. I don't know if I'll display the springs. That would involve some surgery and if it were a complete build I'd do it but not on this one.

Lyle: I'll do it. Thanks bud.

Remember what your Mom always said, "If you are going to do something, go way overboard, use PE, scratch build and do it right!"
