Massive beasts...can transport 116 paratroopers

I used to jump from C-130s and C-141s… before the stretched C-130 the load was 64 fully equipped paratroopers. The C-141A could carry up to 123, and the stretched C-141B would carry up to 168 Nut to Butt that’s a lot of “make your buddy smile”

Thankfully being a LRP, we jumped in much smaller elements nearly all the time

Awesome photo that Carlos - what was it like dropping from a C-141, any worse than the C-130?

And, I know I probably already know this, what was a LRP? Was that like a pathfinder?
