I use a similar method as Thomas here. It's not pretty, but it works. I would like to build a shelf like Martin posted, but I try to avoid Vallejo paints if at all possible, and I think that method works best with those.
My LHS has Gunze Aqueous acrylics where I live in Utica, NY. Not that I'm rubbing that one in. LOL!

I use those colored sticker dots on my Testors Model Master paint bottles. Blue dots for enamels, yellow dots for acrylics and bright green on my Aeromaster acrylic bottles. Aeromaster are my WW2 Russian colors. I also label them with the FS numbers on them too.

I know I'm bringing up an old thread; however, I'm new here so it should be okay!
For my paint stowage, I picked up an acrylic, nail polish display rack off of Ebay for around $20. It holds several bottles and sits nicely on the desk. I'll take some pictures of it when I get home this evening and let ya'll see.

I get bamboo cutlery holders that are supposed to go into kitchen drawers. Expand them all the way and mount them to the wall. Works great, cheap, and easy.
