LOL! Man you guys!!
Well I've got some sizeable progress done today. Got the dash mostly finished and am currently working on the steering column and steering wheel. I got the radio and equalizer installed this morning as well as installing the fabricated shifter. The OOB shifter SUCKED!!

I was gonna say that stick shifter knob looks too large. Unless you’ve got very large hands.

Too funny, BlackSheep! Lovin the Hurst style shifter, Joe! Although I gotta ask—
Why not a human skull to give those Punisher floor mats company????

I appreciate the comments fellas. I think what's throwing everything off here is the size of the soda bottle. I've used this method before a number of times in the past concerning shifters and have never had an over scale problem. Case in point-Check out the size of the accelerator pedal to that of the shifter and it falls right in line. I may, in fact, have to find something smaller to get the right scale reference since it's so close to that bottle.
Thank you Bruce for the skull shifter idea. I might do that on something a little older like a T-Bucket but I don't want to over do it in there with all the skulls and all.

No problem—just thought it would fit into your design! I think you are right about the shifter—maybe you can use a plastic pin and paint it the way you want? Keep doin’ what you do! Your work is exciting to follow!!!

I got to thinking you could use push pins similar to these (IF... they're to scale enough to use):

Thanks Bruce and Tom.
Those push pins are what I used. I clamped it in a vise , smoothed out the plastic ball, put a bend in the shaft to angle it back to the driver, coated the "chrome" with Tamiya Smoke and cut it to length. May look for some smaller ones though or use a pin and apply drops of black paint one at a time till they dry till I get the desired size.

Any explaining would be done after you’ve been pulled out of the vehicle... if you weren’t shot first...
