Thanks guys!
John, I use Humbrol enamel Matt Coat thinned with lacquer thinner, thinned at about 2.5 parts thinner to 1 part Matt Coat. That is my go to choice for a dead flat finish.

Well, after todays bench session, I’m calling the tank completed.
One more session tomorrow and I ought to be able to wrap up the crew figures and do a proper end of project batch of photos…
