Seems I remember that you bought one of those Vallejo weathering sets? That's the same set that I used on my Bulldog tank, and the video I linked helped me so much to rust up those tank mufflers. It should be just the ticket for building up some rust on your 'dozer. :grin:

Got to find my sponge. I had a chunk of one of those tan ones used on cars. I don't recall if I chucked it or not when cleaning. Of course, I could have simmply put it away somewhere safe.....I have a couple of sets - two for military and suchI also have a chipping set.

I bought a sponge at the store (hardware or grocery) and just cut it into chunks. You'll love the effect and it's pretty dang easy too. :grin:
