Thanks guys. I appreciate all the encouragement.
Carlos: That
is a doable thing you know. I have several screwdrivers in scale you know.
I simply could NOT fathom doing all that work to the interior and then using such a
crappy OOB glass assy like this:
So ….. I cut it up into sections and cleaned the sections up some. I also fabricated some sun visors to help the realism out a tad:

Joe, looks nice!
Knowing how difficult it is to cut in clear plastic, what tool / which technique did you use ?

Thanks Kari! I used a razor saw for the straight cuts. I sectioned out the back of the windshield at the top to allow for mounting points for the sun visors by drilling holes across the seam line of the top of the windshield and cut it all out with a knife. All edges were cleaned up with sanding sticks.

I have been looking over the body and prepping it for paint for the last couple of days. You know...the seam lines, ejector pin marks, flash and all of that stuff. I thought I was just about done with it all...............until..................I looked at the tailgate.
Somehow I overlooked the detail "ghosting" from the back side of it to the outside skin:
Some wet sanding cured that however:

I am so glad to catch up on these updates from you, Joe! Impressive job freeing clear plastic from its “support,” and making visors from the excess! Fantastic! When you use a razor saw is there a particular brand or type of blade you use? I need to replace my Zona Blade!

Thanks Bruce. I just use a run of the mill razor saw blade and round off the corners with a sanding stick. Nuthin' fancy but it works.
