This is so much fun to watch. And it helps me. You’ll get those seams smoothed out real well I’m sure. Great work so far!

John, those tail booms do look rather small compared to the rest of the airframe. Not quite petite, but not so substantial as say those on the P-38 or P-61.
And suprisingly enough, the wing seam sanding went rather quickly.... thank goodness for CA accelerator to help where I neede some filler. Especially on the upper left wing over the intake. There was a step there...
Now I just need to rescribe some lost panel line detail and I’ll then be ready to get the tail booms attached.

Euhm, how does that work ? You fill the gaps with CA glue and the use CA accelerator to instantly harden it ?

Yes, you first apply you CA where desired, then apply the accelerator. It will make the CA sandable within a short time period. It’s not instant, but much better than waiting for hours.

Now were cooking! What were the advantages of having twin booms on a singe engine platform?

Nice work on the tail booms Stik! Those are always an area that can go very bad very quick.
