Yeah, it does feel good to get one out of the way. Thank you for the kind words.
Scruffy wrote:Great job Lyle! I like the silver, it looks just like the anodized aluminum on the box artwork. Williams brothers kits are not easy and you did a fantastic job, your one is better than my two. 1st one not completed, 2nd one a replacement for the 1st, still in its box

Keep it up!
Thank you, sir. The silver is a mix of MM Clear Semi-gloss, Tamiya XF-16 and a few drops of XF-1 Flat Black. I am happy with it. From what I heard, this is one of the easiest WB kits to do. I have two C-46 kits in the stash.

I know all too well about having a tough kit to deal with and wanting off of your bench. Way to go on the finish. Looks pretty dang good from all the angles that I'm seeing.

Thank you, Joe! She is definitely a 10 footer. I think my air brush is not right. I need to play around with it.

Turned out great Lyle! You would never know that the decals caused you problems with the save you did! I also like the dull look of the aluminum, not every bird in the sky is polished up like a mirror!

Lyle, I think that looks sensational for a Williams Bros. kit. You really did a fantastic job on such a challenging kit. You have every reason to be proud. I love it!
