Well, the surgery went well. Patient survived…..I guess. A bit more cutting that I anticipated and each side came apart a bit differently. And in a sudden fit of "Hmmmm", I let it do just that.

I am, however, firmly convinced that my Piddle Palace is haunted. Both starboard side nacelle bulkheads went missing soon after placing them on the cutting mat. Just up and vanished like a fart in the wind (from Shawshank Redemption)! Cleared the bench, swept the floor and nothing. Fortunately they were a simple piece to make from sheet stock. But, c'mon now......enough is enough Mr. Ghostie.

Now, reassembly and fitting the new pieces begin.

Well, one side done. Still needs a bit of wiping down with a moist towel or cotton ball.

Wow Lyle, you are becoming quite the Master at these kinds of fixes! I know if I tried that it would turn into a complete, unfixable mess! Way to go Big Man!

Tom, thanks!

Mark, Thank you. I am not sure to celebrate becoming good at this or not....Usually means you have screwed up something! :headbang: :giggles: But, I guess like most of this hobby, it got better with practice.

I suppose! Reminds me of the episode on M*A*S*H when Gen Steele showed up. Or, on the Norwegian Cruise lines....
