Lyle, the M46 is certainly a “tanky” looking tank. And I do try to think like a crewman when I arrange the stowage... plus pouring over “in action” photos of the real subject...

Bruce, I think that you are referring to to covered piping that leads from the engine exhaust manifolds to the mufflers mounted on the fenders.

I had forgotten about this one,looking very good.

Today was adding more bits of stowage here and there





Just need to do some touch ups on the foil straps.

I really need to pop into the armor section a little more often as there's so much to learn. Seeing good builds like this tipped me over the edge to build the Beetle that I built a couple of months ago and further tips me over the edge to build Ryefield's MRAP all opened up. This is some good stuff Carlos.

It gets better every time I see it - great stuff Carlos.

It really is just basic techniques and colors. Probably the most “modern” thing used here was black basing, but it really doesn’t show now.

I’m doing what I can on this, but not pushing into new techniques. Aside from trying epoxy instead of CA to affix the stowage. Sticking with what I know I can do well

Last stowage items added to the fenders.... added buckles to the jerry can tie down straps... touch up paint on the foil straps







Flat coat next... then dry brushing and weathering...
