Thanks Johnny!!

I managed to get the rear bumper touched up and attached this morning. Other items of this morning's progress were:

1. Battery installed
2. Radiator hose/ thermostat housing painted and installed
3. Alternator adjustment bracket re-attached. Just too much handling in the chassis fitment into the body. I figured there'd have to be a casualty along the way and I figure I got off light with just the bracket coming loose. At one point I thought I was gonna ruin the whole dang build during this process.
4. Cut front bumperettes from the sprues and currently soaking in Easy Off. Gonna clean 'em up and treat 'em to an Alclad coating.
5. Aligned the tailpipes (during the chassis install both pipes moved)

About all that's left now is the light polishing on the whole body, painting and installation of the outside rear view mirrors, front bumperettes installation and emblems application and we'll be off to glamour shots.

Here's a few more teaser shots till then:

That's the funniest post I've seen in a while.

That's one cool Camaro, and it isn't even done yet. Looks real from where I sit.

Thanks John. Yes I did use the Smoke coating on them. Seems to bring some depth to the toy chrome.
