I truly look forward to whatever you do, and I am grateful for your assessment of the Eduard kits. That helps put things in context. Looking forward to your next steps here very much, mate!

Kent! Your work looks gorgeous. Simply exquisite. You mentioned "fiddling" with a Sea Fury. One of these?
Stay dry, my friend. I believe rain is in the upcoming forecast.

I had an oops moment. I was adding some details such as cannon, MG and oleo scissors onto the build for last Saturday’s club meet. I put the 109 to one side to move onto repainting the Tiger Commander and Sea Fury pilot. I then made the fatal error of passing a paint set over the top of the aircraft. As a I watched in slow option, the box fell from my grasp and lands on the 109. Damage resulted in both main landing gear snapping off, with the tail wheel and antenna. The air turned a bit blue. After a cool down, I located all the parts and took stock. One MLG snapped in three pieces but can be pinned. The other just needs re seating and the tail wheel is not a big job. I’ve started repairs and will post shortly.

Oh that sucks! I’ve had similar accidents happen, and also turned the air a very deep blue. You can fix it.

My thoughts are definitely sympathetic here. You described exactly the same moment I have when I transfer a model off the table I am using and I drop it. Sorry to hear this happened, but you will prevail.

The Gustav looks great and I'm sorry to hear about the accident that befell it. Hopefully you can get it repaired!

Your bench looks great, Kent. Truly. Those repairs look great, too.
