Paint is going on! Nice progress, Lyle! Exhausts are also pretty easy to do with an airbrush. On a dark blue aircraft, exhaust stains can appear lighter than the blue. If that's the case with the Avenger, start with a highly thinned light grey and mist the furthest reaches of the exhaust staining. Gradually darken your color and work in smaller, shorter concentric areas until you are misting a dark black/brown in a short thin line along the exhaust path.

All great advice for exhaust staining. Brilliant ideas there.

I also cook and bake. I enjoy it a lot, but I enjoy it more when I'm cooking for others.

Okay, Lyle, now that you have some awesome cooking and exhaust recipes, let's get going here! :bored:

Mark, I’m practicing social distancing.. letting the primer sit until tomorrow. I’ll give it a rub down with 0000 steel wool and squirt on some blue.

Lyle, are you doing the overall sea blue scheme, the ASW White & Gray scheme, or the Sea Blue/Intermediate Blue/White scheme?

Overall sea blue. I don’t want to mask.
