Nice!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Color, finally.

Thanks, Lyle. I’m going to use the same gray-black mix on the tires, too.

Glad to see some paint on this! The seat contrast nicely with the black.
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

Notes:

1. After assembling the seat, I roughed up the flat surfaces with sandpaper, then added Mr Surfacer 1000 (first time with airbrush) very thin to all visible surfaces, followed by Gunze gloss black, followed by Tamiya Bare Metal Silver. I let this cure for half a day then added crushed graphite, graphite streaks, then followed that with a final application of silver pencil. All that to make the seat look stepped on, basically, which it was, and will be partially covered by the figure’s shoes.

2. I would like to enter a Star Wars Speeder Bike Design contest so I may sideline this project for a month. A lot depends on whether I am able to come up with a speeder design on paper that has enough personality to be a contender.

The speeder bike competition is fierce!

Final note:

I am finishing up the wheels, and the propeller of the GBZ today (I hope). Now I have too many irons in the fire.
