Joe, I'm thrilled to see you getting back to this aircraft. I envy you your ability to make a smooth, glassy shiny finish on your automobiles. I've been trying the same thing on some of my civilian aircraft with only partial success.

The weathering and painting of camouflage on your aircraft will come easy to you; you got this. And as others have said, It's gonna open up so many doors to you. Overall though, have fun with this!

No but I would if I had the kit. I know it comes with in a Tamiya Do-335 kit but I don't think I've ever seen a stand alone in 1/48 scale.

Thanks Bruce. It is available but right now I don't have the funds available to get it. That's a true bummer too but I can get one later on down the road for it.

Tamiya have also just released another kit (32412) with the Kettenkraftrad and Luftwaffe figures in cold climate gear.
