Well, after sidelining this one in the mid summer due to life going on, I knuckled down on this one and wrapped it up over the past few day. Calling this done for now until I can whip up a proper base, a figure, and perhaps a few more additions.

Thank you Bruce. It can use a few more fine touches, but for now I’m happy to get this one to this point. I’ve never built one in this motor pool maintenance look before.

What a frickin' finish!! Can't get over all the prep work that goes into something like this. Really like the raised letter decals for the hull/ turret. Nice touch. :shoutout: :shoutout: :shoutout:

That is a right, proper tank thingy. Man, that looks good. I do have a question, though. You usually "dirty" them up a bit...

Cool. First time I've seen white sidewalls on a tank! Make sure it leaves the motor pool with a case of Westley's Bleche White.

Joe, there sure was a lot that went into this one. Especially that engine due to seeing all of your engines on here. :headslap: All your fault… :giggles:

Yes, I usually do make them in more of a field muddy look for the past several years. But I figured since this one was gonna be all opened up like in the motor pool, it needed to be clean like those are. But after looking at these photos, I need to do a little something more with the tracks.

Well, I switched it up this time. In the field, tanks are always dirty. But when they’re in the motor pool for maintenance like this one, they do get cleaned up. Either way works.

The C.O. said he wanted his company looking sharp!
