Thank you Kent.
Now for sufficient free time to get this all wrapped up...

I finally had a few hours of free time today... a very rare commodity lately....
Flat coat on... then a dust coat over the mud camo to give it the more grayish tone that I wanted...
Now it’s just the final fiddly bits to be painted, the final weathering and accessory touches...

Congratulations on finding those free hours today, Carlos; your work looks great—such a superb camouflage!
Your tale of a cigar resonated—a ran into a novelist and his wife tonight who go on cigar walks together. Your story and running into them felt like a case of serendipity of sorts. Cheers, my friend.

Wouh, absolutey stunning build and the camo, very very good looking !
And adding decals into a build, turns a build so dramatically to a real thing !
What a journey we have had here!

Bruce and Kari, thank you.
The flat coat and dust coat airbrushed onto the mud areas really put the colors where I wanted them to be.

I had another option in mind using a Tamiya weathering stick if that airbrush color adjustment didn’t work. But I did get some good ideas for trying this on other vehicles with field applied mud camouflage. The 11th ACR did that on their M1s for excercises, and I have more Bundeswehr armor in my stash.
