That's lookin' sharp Bruce. I've gotta check this GK Surfacer out. It does look smooth.

It is good... but I forgot the major critique I have: the smell. Good gravy. It smells like lacquer paint marinated with rotten peaches. No BS. But that formula is tough. Just heavy on the aroma.

Looking sharp. It is always a turning point when the wings go on.

But the Hase fit is good, Kent.

And your Airfix Build was inspiring. Because the flaps have to really droop; and I saw how you resolved that.

But the way you build Luftwaffe a/c—the IP alone is gorgeous work.

That could come in handy the next vacation on monster island... wet look clear. Sounds innocent enough... only it ain’t.

Hah. Perfect. You posted that with accuracy—one, it’s TESB, two, the message is perfect...and I agree. I still haven’t dropped the “spectre of the past,” or whatever the residual effect is for choosing this kit or what I read about this kit.

Always remember: reviews of kits are individual opinions linked to a time and personality. Some folks craft excellent reviews; and are worthy. I want to add that as far as this molding goes—and the kit has been molded at least a few times after this—this kit goes together well. The emphasis was on making a display model that could be tricked out completely or if built straight out of box could become a respectful replica of the aircraft.
