Nothing says you can’t gonand fix your seam work now. A simply spot fix and paint touch up should get you where you want to be. That is, if it is bothering you.

It is bugging me, yes. I used Yamiya putty. If you’re saying I can re-apply and it won’t interact weird with the paint, that’s awesome! Thanks!

Sand the area first, then apply your filler, let it dry, re sand, and check if it is looking how you want before repainting.

:P1:

Learning to make the kind of repair Stik mentions is gonna be useful for the future. So go for it! The area of the repair is underneath the cowling itself; I would be tempted to touch up the intakes, too.

Thanks y’all! I’m gonna do it! I’ll get after it tomorrow after the gym.

Very good. After you get the seams filled and sanded to your satisfaction, don’t forget to describe any lost panel line detail.

That actually shouldn’t be an issue on account of there aren’t any in that particular location. Lucky me!

On the flip-side, apparently Messerschmitt’s have a seam running down the back of the fuselage, and I think I may have done too good a job sealing that up. I’ll attempt to scribe it.

Anyway, I’m not too worried, I’ve really enjoyed this build and I’m in no hurry to finish. I’ll keep at it.

That is absolutely true and that is where the typical Mr Murphy law kicks-in. "That seam is always perfectly filled when it should not" :headslap:

Your Emil is looking great !
