The FAA Korean War, and Suez Campaign ID stripes were neatly applied. Unlike the D-Day recognition stripes, which were applied much more hurriedly, and showed it.

Just caught up with this Kent! Way to go man! I know what you mean about the difficulty in painting the invasion stripes. I have a 1/72 scale Mustang I can't seem to finish because the stripes can't seem to get painted right.

That paint “bloom” by the canopy may still need a small amount of TLC. The repair was adding back paint, correct? Maybe use a very small amount of thinner on a brush to dissolve the ridges surrounding the repair—basically in art conversation this would be a blend. If these were oils we use oil stocks. If acrylic we would use watercolor. I think since you are the artist just solvent on a tip of a soft brush will work.
