The pit looks great! I'm doing the same with my paints as well. Switching over to AK Real Colors.

AK Real Colors are great! Thin them with Mr Leveling Thinner and they airbrush superbly!

Well crap! I forgot I have Tamiya and Gunze/Mr.Color paints in my stash too! And a handful of Humbrol enamels too.

AK and Gunze Aqueous will be my primary go to paints. I just found out scalehobbyist is now carrying the Aqueous paints. Once they get more stock in I'm going to place a big order

Yes,those cockpit details and painting of the panels look great.

Yes!!! And even better is that my LHS carries them!

Beautiful work! I'm glad you found a good set of colors/paints to use. I've been slowly transitioning to Humbrol enamels and Vallejo acrylics. I've found that they work best for me. I looked at AK, but the price is up there out of reach for someone like me.

Mark, don’t get too put off by the cost of AK Real Colors. For airbrushing, you get best results when they are highly thinned, so the bottle goes a lot further. Especially if you have a darker undercoat of some base color using Tamiya or Testors square bottle colors.

Bombs.... I used Gunze Khaki Green as opposed to the usual Olive Green. They will be weathered once they're mounted to wings.
