Tube glue? I use it a lot, along with the Tamiya extra thin. The viscosity of the tube glue is quite helpful. And it is what I used oh so many years ago. I’ve gotten a bit better at not slathering it on parts, too!

I suppose it has it uses and there’s probably a technique to use it to which I never learned as a child

Did someone say tube glue - I still have a bit of tube glue...

I still use it now and then, when I need it's gap filling properties. Generally when I'm building an old classic kit like a FROG or Matchbox.

That's looking really rather good Lyle - well done.

I have this kit in my massive pile of WIP - it's a nice kit.

Small update. I have no idea how to "fade" and/or weather the exterior. Washes? Over spray? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, I want to add some stowage thingys...I have these and thought I'd pick out some of the items..

Image

Been moving slow, really slow. But, trying to add all the bits and pieces that I usually skip because...The left tail light will not stay in place. I have added it three times, and three times is has departed the mounting point. Amazingly, three times I've managed to find it on the floor.

The AK markers have been very helpful in adding color to the tools, etc.
