What no Marmite!!?!? Tragic!

Mind you, I'd take the tin of Heinz Beans though - on a baked potato with butter and some grated English (or blooming welsh) cheddar cheese... maybe a bit of tobasco.

I did order some marmite from Amazon. Can’t beat it up without trying it. And, I need to glue some shingles down. This grocery chain drops products or won’t carry anything that doesn’t sell truckloads! So it isn’t surprising they don’t have it.

Are these beans seasoned in the can or just later?

I'm afraid I'm with Stik on the whole Marmite thing. And if you have a World Market around you, they carry some.
