Thank you fellas! I’ll be catching up here this week too, looks like I missed a lot of great updates!

And yep! Full-speed ahead. Cleanup, painting, and I ah’spose I should finish building that engine too! That’ll take a lot of time and effort, the detail is fantastic. I’ll be posting pics of the rest of the components soon.

Welcome back, Kenny! Take the moment to get yourself focused. Looks good from what I’m seeing.

Welcome back from your East Coast visit! I love the work that I'm seeing here. I love the black landing gear legs and the way the shiny oleos stand out... looks very functional. Seam work can be a chore but I think it is one of those things that separate good builds from great ones.

Seam work looks great Kenny. I just got back from driving a 2150 mile round trip through Appalachia I couldn't imagine doing it with kids in tow, but I do love the drive.

Welcome back Kenny! Glad you had a great time. I'm about to make a long drive myself from SoCal out to Chattanooga for the IPMS Nationals and then up to Columbus for my nephew's wedding, then home again.

Great seam work man; you always do far better than I do with that. This is gonna be a truly great model.

And here we are! Got the gunsight painted and installed, and the turtle deck is painted:

Slow going but on track. I’ve been having a hard time balancing playing the banjo all the time with resuming work on my modeling projects. But I believe I’ve finally struck a balance.

I want to get the aerial mast painted and installed, as well as the antenna loop, then seal it all up under the canopy and windscreen, then start the painting process. My goal for this week is to get all that done and the clear parts on! Light a candle for me fellas, please :-D
