Another option is to buy some PE instrument bezels. They come in various scales and sizes, from different companies.

Carlos! Great intel. Would you happen to know which companies or stores?
Ah, I asked Lord Google. Airscale and HGW, of course.
Edit: Ordered Airscale from Rebel Alpha in San Diego. Due by November 10th.

Thank you so much, John! I have seen those images, but I appreciate that you found them and shared them. Also, a belated happy birthday.

Smaller [first cowling]
So, the designers of the kit split this part in half, and the seam was not very tight. I back-filled with Milliput Fine White Putty, scraped that down to barely filling the seams, then let that cure. I have an old - maybe a year old - bottle of Gorilla Glue CA which is quite viscous. Using the end of a flat twist tie as a spatula, I filled in the surface imperfections on both sides. This was followed by 400 grit to 2,000 grit sanding.
Voila
Same sort of seam preparation for the spats

I have both. I’m going to use the smaller one. Thanks so much for your offer, though. Sincerely.

Looking good! You know in thinking about the cowling. Wouldn’t a seam be appropriate to facilitate the removal?
