Or you could try metal wire that they use to make jewelry. I have a bunch from Hobby Lobby and Michael's for just that kinda thing. It's super malleable and comes in all kinds of gauges and colors.

Thank you all for the advice! I appreciate it.
Back to point, Round 1 of Marga’s engine plumbing is done:
Stretched sprue, Model Master Aluminum enamel, champagne foil, and fly tying wire. I got *EXACTLY* what I wanted.
Round 2 starts tomorrow.
Thanks for looking!

Looks great Kenny! I love the fitting on the pipe on the port side. I could be totally wrong but the plumbing going through the mounting arm on the other side looks odd to me. I guess if the line is flexible, it would be possible but it doesn't seem to align with my vision of "German Engineering".

John,
Yeah man, I’ll tell ya- I was having a real bitch of a time finding references for a G6 motor on the starboard side. G5’s abound. But I couldn’t find what I wanted for a G6, except for this one right here, of a mode somebody else did:
SO I copped that pic, wired it up in a similar way, tweaked it until I thought it looked cool, and then prepared myself to, when the time inevitably came, say— wait for it... wait for it... waaaaait for it:
Yeah I am TOTALLY claiming “creative/artistic license” on that.

Also, it totally leaves the door open for me to do a diorama with a ground crew guy looking in there with a perplexed expression on his face, and scratching his head

, I just gotta learn how to mold scale figures.

Add perplexed faces...
Good thing I left some wriggle room to escape with foot out of mouth. Looks like you're good to go!
