Thanks, buddy. One of the plumbers keeps saying, “Oh shit,” over and over within the stream of Spanish he is using to communicate with his partner. It sounds to me: “Bada da bada da bada da da oh shit bada bada da bada da oh shit” I hope “Oh shit” is not literal. He told me he doesn’t fix “fresh pipes” earlier. It took a second to realize what he meant.



I took that photo yesterday. Feels a bit now like a convict marking time to me.

Damn that sucks. I hope they fix it soon for ya. Sounds like it's all on them if it was coming out of the bathroom and kitchen sinks. At least it wasn't coming out of the toilets.

Bruce, I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. Man, that sucks big time! It sounds a bit like the problem is on the landlord. Something caused this backlog. I hope you can recover soon. Take care Bruce!

I'll repeat what others have said... that sucks. But I wouldn't let the passing deadline get you down. Just keep going. There are bigger things at stake than meeting some arbitrary date like BRUCE FINISHING A PROJECT!!! That's a more worthy goal, I think.

Redoing. Did not think it was up to snuff. Primer on after much sanding with little pieces of 2000 grit. Cheers!
